All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest office of the logistic company delivering the item, or relevant courier depot. We strongly suggest to have your delivery address as your workplace, and if you find that you have accidentally provided the wrong address you can let us know at support@iseedecor.com.

We all know the feeling of when you order online you want it fast! We ship orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped out may be sourced from any of our stores and suppliers where necessary. Dispatch and shipping times may be extended by 2-3 days depending on the location of your ordered item. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order at the stipulated time our customer care team will contact you to let you know of an alternative item we can provide or offer a full refund.

  1. Refunds

We’re happy to offer you a 100% refund, excluding the shipping cost, for any item that you don’t find completely satisfactory

Please send to us an email notification as soon as you would like to return the product. Please provide us with the order confirmation number. Item must be shipped back to I See Decor within 7 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Shipping cost, if applicable, is not refundable.

  1. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at support@iseedecor.com with details of the product and the defect.

If you received an item as a gift, you would need a receipt to process your exchange.

The seller reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.

I See Decor ships anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

Just because shipping is free, doesn't mean it should take a long time. I See Decor offers 3 shipping speeds: 3-5 business days, 2-business days, and 1-business day. You may expedite your shipping at the Checkout page. Please note some items are ineligible for expedited shipping – such as watches containing lithium batteries – these items will be marked as such in the product description. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive to these locations. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.
